We have deliberately chosen a manageable care model: we work as a team of two without additional staff and personally provide the care ourselves. This allows us to know each individual care situation well and plan our support proactively.
Our goal is not to fit as many visits as possible into a working day, but to provide each person with carefully planned, professionally delivered and individually tailored care. Good care requires not only expertise, but also attention, reliability and time for the individual.
What we want you to experience differently with us
Time for attentive care
We plan our visits carefully and base them on your individual care needs. This gives us the time to carry out the agreed measures properly, answer questions and take personal concerns seriously. You should never feel like just another appointment in the schedule, but as a person whose needs are genuinely heard and respected.
Two consistent nursing professionals
We deliberately work as a team of two and personally provide the care ourselves – without additional staff or constantly changing caregivers. This gives you consistent points of contact and the opportunity to build a trusting relationship. Your habits, needs and previous experiences therefore do not have to be explained again at every visit.
Two perspectives. One shared professional approach.
Because we both know the people we care for and are familiar with their health situation, we can exchange observations and assess changes together. This allows us to notice developments more precisely and coordinate the next steps promptly. Where necessary, we recommend seeking medical support.
Personalised care with continuity
Through regular personal support, we get to know your needs, strengths and routines. This allows us to adapt the care to your individual situation and notice changes more consciously over time. Our goal is to build a reliable partnership that creates trust and gives you and your family greater confidence in everyday life.
Deliberately limited care capacity
We only accept a limited number of clients. As a small care provider, we deliberately keep our capacity manageable so that we can provide the care ourselves and remain personally available to the people we support.
We only take on new care arrangements when the individual needs can be matched with our available capacity and our professional standards. This helps us ensure that personal attention and the careful delivery of the agreed services remain our priority in the long term.
Would you like to use our services in the future? As our capacity is limited, we recommend getting in touch with us in advance. New admissions are subject to availability and an individual assessment of your needs.
