We are Sarah and Andre – qualified nursing professionals with experience in different areas of healthcare and nursing.
With our concept, we aim to combine professional nursing care with personal support: individually tailored, proactive and with enough time for each person.

Andre Kerschensteiner
Andre has been a registered nurse since 2018 and has extensive experience in intensive care, intermediate care and the care of stroke patients. His professional background also includes experience in palliative care and further training with a rehabilitation-focused approach.
His professional approach focuses on closely observing changes in health, supporting existing abilities and providing proactive, individually tailored care.

Sarah Kerschensteiner
Sarah began her professional career in nursing with a one-year nursing assistant qualification, which she successfully completed in 2019. She has been a registered nurse since 2022.
Her professional experience includes home care, hospital care and the emergency department. This has given her experience with a wide range of care situations and individual nursing needs.
What is particularly important to her is providing individual support, treating people with respect and as equals, and combining professional expertise with a warm and attentive approach.

From August 2027, care will initially be provided by Andre. The expansion to a joint care team is planned for a later stage.
More than a profession in common.
We met at work in 2020, brought together by a profession we both felt passionate about and by a similar understanding of what good care should be.
Over time, this shared path also became a shared future: we have been married since 2024 and are parents of three children.
With our own care concept, we now want to build something together professionally as well and combine our experience, values and ideas of what good care means.
A place that feels like home.
Tenerife is much more than just a beautiful place to live for us. The island is part of our family history: Sarah spent part of her childhood here and still feels deeply connected to Tenerife today. Many personal memories, familiar places and special moments connect us to the island.
With our move, we want to begin a new chapter as a family while also returning to our roots. We are looking forward to building our life here, meeting new people and deepening our connection with Tenerife.
Professionally, we also want to create something that truly reflects our values. Our vision is to support people in Tenerife and their families in a reliable, individual and professional way – with enough time, personal attention and high standards of care.
We do not want to focus solely on providing care, but also on supporting people and their families by offering guidance, reassurance and greater confidence in everyday life.
